Job Title: Web Developer

Location: Dhaka

Employment Type: Full-Time

Working Hours: 10 AM to 6 PM, Saturday to Thursday

Job Description: We are seeking a skilled Web Developer to design, develop, and maintain our websites. The ideal candidate will have a passion for web development, a strong technical background, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities:

• Design, create, implement, and manage websites using popular WordPress builders such as Elementor, Divi, Beaver, and Thrive Builder.
• Customize themes and develop custom plugins.
• Optimize website performance and ensure SEO best practices.
• Implement security measures and conduct regular security audits.
• Manage website content and provide user training and support.
• Collaborate with design and marketing teams to integrate digital strategies.
• Debug and resolve compatibility problems, bugs, and errors.
• Conduct thorough testing and troubleshooting.
• Stay updated with the latest WordPress developments and industry trends.

Requirements:

1. Education:

   • Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science.
   • Or Diploma in web Development

2. Experience:

   • At least 2 years of experience.
   • Experience in software companies, IT-enabled services, or AI troubleshooting.

3. Additional Requirements:

   • Age: 27 to 40 years.
   • Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, and MySQL.
   • Experience with WordPress theme and plugin development.
   • Experience in WordPress theme and plugin customization with Elementor.
   • Knowledge of responsive design and front-end frameworks.
   • Familiarity with SEO practices and tools.
   • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
   • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
   • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
   • Certifications in Facebook Blueprint, Google Analytics, Google Ads (Search & Display), and Digital Garage are an added advantage.
   • Expert-level knowledge of WordPress core, themes, and plugins, as well as PHP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other relevant technologies.
   • Sound knowledge in WordPress site development using Elementor, Divi, Beaver, and Thrive Builder.
   • Experience in WordPress multisite.
   • Experience with graphic design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or Canva.
   • Knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).

4. Skills & Expertise:

   • Bootstrap, HTML5 & CSS3, jQuery, UI/UX Design, Web Front-End Development.
   • WordPress, WordPress SEO, WordPress Theme and Plugin Development.
   • WordPress theme development and customization.
