By participating in the Probashi Realty Refer a Friend program, you hereby agree to the stipulations outlined below:

1. As the referrer, you will be rewarded with $50 in Probashi Realty credits once your referral successfully signs up using your referral link and completes an investment of $1000 or more with Probashi Realty. Successful referral status is attained when Probashi Realty receives the investment funds.

2. Your referral, upon signing up using your referral link and making an investment of $1000 or more, will receive an incentive in the form of $50 Probashi Realty credits.

3. Each Probashi Realty credit is equivalent to $1 and will be automatically applied to your subsequent Probashi Realty investment as a bonus amount. This credit serves to augment the investment amount. For instance, if the referred individual invests $2,000, you will receive $2,100 worth of shares in the property.

4. The referral incentive, provided in Probashi Realty credits, will be credited to you within 30 days upon receiving the investment from your referred individual. These credits have no expiration date.

5. Referrers are limited to referring each individual once. If the same individual is referred multiple times or creates multiple accounts, Probashi Realty retains the right to withdraw any referral benefits in their entirety.

6. The referral incentive may not be applicable concurrently with any other ongoing promotion.

7. Probashi Realty reserves the right to terminate or modify the program at any time without prior notice. Additionally, we may remove you from the referral program at our discretion.

8. All monetary amounts mentioned above are in Canadian dollars.
