-The minimum monthly income requirement is BDT 50,000
-No guarantor is required for the loan
-Confirmed employees with at least one year of experience are eligible to apply
-Applicants must have a minimum of 3 years of trade license or business experience.
-You can receive financing of up to BDT 2.00 Crore
-Financing is available for up to 70% of the property’s appraised value
-The maximum financing tenor is 25 years
-Property insurance coverage is included
-Life insurance coverage (MRTA) is also included

-Advance or partial prepayment is allowed

-Clients of Probashi Realty are subject to a processing fee of 1% plus 15% VAT
-If the loan is settled early, a fee of 0.5% of the outstanding amount will be charged
-Early settlement is only allowed after 6 months from the disbursement date
-If partial settlement is made, a fee of 0.5% of the outstanding amount will be charged
-The minimum amount for partial settlement is 20% of the outstanding amount
-If full settlement is made, a fee of 0.5% of the outstanding amount will be charged
