Bank Summary
The Bank has been incorporated on April 1987 as a public limited company under the Companies Act, of 1913 to undertake and carry out all kinds of banking, financial and business activities, transactions and operations in strict compliance with the principles of Islamic Law (Shariah) relating to business activities in particular avoiding usury in credit and sales transactions and any practice which amounts to usury. Certificate for commencement of business has been issued to the bank on April, 30, 1987. The Bank has been authorized by the Bangladesh Bank to carry on the banking business in Bangladesh with effect from May 4, 1987. However, actual banking operations commenced on May 20, 1987.

Max Loan Amount

-Borrow up to BDT 2.00 Crore in loan amount

-Loan amount limited to 70% of the property’s appraised value

Profit Rate

-If you are purchasing a flat, the interest rate for a registered mortgage will be 9.00%

-If you are purchasing a building, the interest rate for a registered mortgage will also be 9.00%

Eligibility Criteria

-Applicants must be at least 25 years old

-The minimum monthly income requirement is BDT 50,000

-No guarantor is required for the loan

-Confirmed employees with at least one year of experience are eligible to apply

-Applicants must have a minimum of 3 years of trade license or business experience.

Features

-You can receive financing of up to BDT 2.00 Crore

-Financing is available for up to 70% of the property’s appraised value

-The maximum financing tenor is 25 years

-Property insurance coverage is included

-Life insurance coverage (MRTA) is also included

-Competitive interest rates are offered

-Advance or partial prepayment is allowed

-Properties must be no more than 25 years old at the time of financing approval and no more than 40 years old at the end of the financing tenor

Fee Structure

-Clients of Probashi Realty are subject to a processing fee of 1% plus 15% VAT

-If the loan is settled early, a fee of 0.5% of the outstanding amount will be charged

-Early settlement is only allowed after 6 months from the disbursement date

-If partial settlement is made, a fee of 0.5% of the outstanding amount will be charged

-The minimum amount for partial settlement is 20% of the outstanding amount

-If full settlement is made, a fee of 0.5% of the outstanding amount will be charged
