Interest Rates

The interest rate for a Registered Mortgage is 8.50% for all three types of purchases: flat purchase, building purchase, and commercial space. In other words, regardless of the type of property you’re purchasing, if you opt for a Registered Mortgage, you will be charged an annual interest rate of 8.50% on your loan balance.

Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for a loan, you must meet the following criteria: be at least 22 years old, earn a minimum monthly income of BDT 30,000, have at least 2 years of job/work experience, and have a minimum of 3 years of trade license or business experience. Additionally, a guarantor is not required for the loan.

Fee Structure

-Early settlement fee is 0.575% of the principal outstanding

-Partial or full settlement fee is 0.575% of the principal outstanding

-Partial settlement fee is 0.575% of the principal outstanding

-Full settlement fee is 0.575% of the principal outstanding
