This is a non-smoking apartment. No pets, No cannabis, No growth of cannabis. No airbnb, no subleasing. Proof of employment and references obligatory. The tenant shall obtain a tenant responsibility insurance prior to the occupation of the premises and shall give a copy to the landlord. The insurance shall be maintained throughout the lease. A copy of the regulations of the immovable shall be remitted to the tenant and it shall be signed at the same time as the lease.
