Eligibility Criteria

-To apply for a loan, the primary borrower must be at least 25 years old, while the co-borrower must be at least 22 years old, and the co-applicant must be at least 18 years old.

-The maximum age at the end of the loan tenure is either 70 years old or retirement age, whichever comes earlier.

-The minimum income requirement for salaried individuals is BDT 78,000 gross per month, while it is BDT 70,000 for other applicants.

-Salaried individuals must have at least three years of work experience, while self-employed individuals must have a similar duration of experience in their trade or profession.

Fee Structure

– Loan processing fee no more than BDT 20,000

– Early settlement fee: 0.50% of remaining loan outstanding balance for Probashirealty clients

– No hidden charges

Documents Required

The bank requires the following mandatory documents from all clients:

  • National ID Card
  • Passport size photograph
  • e-TIN Certificate

For salaried clients, the bank requires the following income-related documents:

  • Original Letter of Introduction (salary certificate)
  • Latest 6 months’ bank statement with salary details

For self-employed or business clients, the following documents are required:

  • Updated Trade License with proof of the last 3 years of business experience
  • Partnership Deed/RJF certified with Form 1
  • RJSC certificate of incorporation, MOA / AOA, Form X / XII / 117 (as applicable)
  • Business supporting documents like work orders
