Joe has 35+ years of experience in subdivision development, residential low density and high-density construction and sales, financing, brokerage, and commercial/industrial investment real estate development. He has designed, project-managed, and operated as a contractor in producing many residential and commercial/industrial facilities. Joe expanded into design/build, tilt-concrete, pre-engineered steel, ICS (insulated concrete systems), and pre-cast concrete to design/build/project manage the construction of a number of commercial and industrial buildings in the HRM. He currently operates as an agent in Atlantic Canada for a manufacturer of pre-engineered steel buildings who do the engineering and manufacturing. He has a base core of all the engineering and planning consultants required to complete design/build projects in Nova Scotia and all the labour specialists required from start to finish. He is also experienced in the acquisitions and mergers of commercial/industrial businesses/industries. He is also knowledgeable and experienced in commercial/industrial property management and available on request.
